Please contact Lucky Bird Tattoo for any issues or concerns regarding your jewelry purchase and if there is an issue with jewelry defects, Lucky Bird Tattoo will contact the manufacturer so we may validate the jewelry item in question.

Please keep your receipt as we will need that to validate your jewelry purchase.

• Stargazer Fine Jewelry guarantee all our jewelry for manufacturer’s defects and will repair any item at our discretion.

• Manufacturer’s defects would include any gems that fall out or if there is a defect in the hinges or pieces.

• In Most cases, jewelry defects can be repaired free of charge.

• We will always inspect jewelry upon arrival and quote repair fees, if they apply, prior to working on the jewelry.

We recommend including a photo of the issue in your email for faster processing.
