We realize that high end jewelry items can be a big purchase and customer satisfaction is always our top priority, however, all sales are final. Please be very thorough when looking over jewelry sizes and information prior to ordering and always read over our jewelry policies before making a purchase. When in doubt, always contact the shop to help clarify any questions or concerns.

RETURNS

• All sales are final. Jewelry purchases are not refundable.

• There is too great a risk of transmitting blood borne pathogens or illness when returning used or worn jewelry. In order to not compromise the quality and sanitation of jewelry, returns are not accepted.

• Please ensure that you are selecting the correct gauge and size of the jewelry prior to purchasing. Incorrect size selection is not refundable.

EXCHANGES

• All sales are final. Jewelry purchases may not be exchanged. Incorrect size selection is not exchangeable.

• All jewelry defects are covered under manufacture’s warranty and is subject to manufacture’s discretion.
